Each cleaning type is designed for a different situation. Standard Cleaning is best for routine upkeep, while Deep Cleaning includes additional detailed tasks. Move-In / Move-Out, Post-Construction and Airbnb Cleaning each have their own specialized scope.

Important
Cleaning professionals will focus on tasks included within the agreed service scope. Areas that are unsafe, inaccessible or materially outside the booked service may not be completed without prior discussion.
Routine Home Cleaning
Designed for homes that are already in reasonably maintained condition and need dependable routine upkeep.

Property Requirements

- Security-deposit return cannot be guaranteed

Detailed Dust and Residue Cleaning
Designed for properties after construction, remodeling or renovation work is substantially complete.

Post-Construction exclusions: Wall washing, interior dishwasher cleaning, washing machines or grout cleaning. Large construction-debris hauling and hazardous-material handling are not automatically included.
Guest-Ready Vacation Rental Turnovers
Designed to clean, reset and prepare vacation rentals for the next guest according to the agreed turnover scope.

- Owner staging notes followed when provided

Guest Preparation

- Refrigerator interior cleaned as needed for turnover
- Microwave and toaster interiors cleaned when applicable
- Beds made
- Owner-provided supplies reset or staged according to instructions
Airbnb Cleaning exclusions: Wall washing and interior dishwasher cleaning are not included unless specifically agreed in advance.
Give Us the Opportunity to Make It Right
If your cleaning was not completed to your satisfaction, please notify us within 48 hours and give us the opportunity to make it right. We’ll return to re-clean the applicable areas at no additional cleaning charge.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to tasks included within the agreed cleaning scope and requires reasonable access to the property for the applicable re-clean.
