Do I need Deep Cleaning before recurring service?
Not always. Homes that are already reasonably maintained may be ready for Standard or recurring service. If the home has heavier buildup or requires more detailed attention, we may recommend beginning with a Deep Cleaning.
Does Deep Cleaning include cleaning inside the refrigerator?
No. Cleaning inside the refrigerator is not included in our Deep Cleaning scope.
Is interior dishwasher cleaning included?
No. Interior dishwasher cleaning is not included in Deep Cleaning.
Do you wash walls or clean grout?
No. Wall washing and grout cleaning are not included in our Deep Cleaning scope.
How long does Deep Cleaning take?
The time required depends on the size, layout and condition of the home as well as the agreed cleaning scope.
What if my home requires more work than expected?
Quotes are based on the information provided at booking. If the home requires materially more work than expected, we will communicate with you before performing additional work that would materially increase the price or scope.
What happens if something was missed?
If your cleaning was not completed to your satisfaction, please notify us within 48 hours and give us the opportunity to make it right. We'll return to re-clean the applicable areas at no additional cleaning charge.
