Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

Do you clean inside the dishwasher?
No. Interior dishwasher cleaning is not included.
Do you wash walls or clean grout?
No. Wall washing and grout cleaning are not included in our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning scope.
Does the property need electricity and water?
Yes. Working electricity and running water are required for service.
Can you guarantee I will receive my security deposit back?
No. Cleaning can help leave the property in better condition, but security-deposit decisions are made by the landlord or property manager and may depend on factors beyond cleaning.
What if the property is in worse condition than expected?
Quotes are based on the information provided at booking. If the home requires materially more work than expected, we will communicate with you before performing additional work that would materially increase the price or scope.
What happens if something was missed?
