Our service focuses on cleaning dust and residue. Large debris, building materials or hauling needs should be discussed in advance because they are not automatically included.
Do you clean interior windows and tracks?
Accessible interior windows and window or door tracks are included within the post-construction cleaning scope.
Do you wash walls?
No. Wall washing is not included in our post-construction cleaning scope.
Do you clean inside the dishwasher?
No. Interior dishwasher cleaning is not included.
Do you remove paint, caulk or adhesive?
Routine dust and light residue are part of post-construction cleaning, but paint, caulk, adhesive or specialty residue that requires scraping, chemicals or restoration may fall outside the standard scope and should be discussed in advance.
Does the property need electricity and water?
Working utilities may be required depending on the scope of the cleaning. Tell us about the property's status when requesting your quote.
What if the project requires more work than expected?
Quotes are based on the information provided at booking. If the condition or scope is materially different than expected, we will communicate with you before performing additional work that would materially increase the price or scope.
What happens if something was missed?
